Paths To Wellness

Pathways: Your Journey

Here are two questions that can change your life:

  1. How much am I living my best life now – physically, emotionally, in my relationships, career and spiritually? What about your economic empowerment?
  2. If not, how much do I care enough about myself to do something about it?

You are special. You were created unique. There is no one else exactly like you. You have a special destiny which is to make a difference to the world and the lives of others that no one else can make in quite the way that you can.

You are loved unconditionally by your Creator. There are also many persons in the world who will love you unconditionally –most persons in fact. This is because you are created to be loved and all of us humans are created to love. Thus you can also be free to love yourself.

So you are lovable. So you have an honorable and fulfilling destiny.

Because you are simply human, you deserve all the respect in the world from every one, bar none.

You deserve all the opportunities to enable you to achieve wellness of mind, body and spirit and to enjoy a long, pleasurable and fulfilling life.

You will face obstacles to the love, destiny, respect and opportunities that you deserve. It is your responsibility to desire these opportunities, to believe that they can be yours and to do everything possible to grasp them. It is your responsibility to seek allies, and resources to overcome obstacles that may come from nature, nurture, human abuse or economic injustice. The greatest obstacle comes from within. It comes when you do not recognize that each of us has a wonderful potential in mind body and spirit to overcome obstacles. Thus you need to know who you are: powerful, special, loved, with destiny and opportunities for a good life.

Are you one of those who are not living the best life that yourself can?
